Rejuvenate your skin with an easy homemade green apple mask for your skin type

Green apple for youthful skin

Green apples are rich in minerals (calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, iron, etc.) and vitamins (B vitamins, vitamins C, E, PP, folic acid, etc.). When used cosmetically, they make the skin youthful and improve its elasticity. They successfully neutralize free radicals thanks to the flavonoids and polyphenols they contain. Green apples are a great anti-oxidant.

Green apple mask for normal skin type

Combine 2 tablespoons of shredded green apple with 1 teaspoon of corn starch and 1 egg white, beaten into foam. Apply mixture to face and neck. Rinse in 15 minutes with cool water.

Green apple mask for dry skin

You will need:

100gr of green apples

1 teaspoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of milk

Wash, core and shred apples on a plastic grater. Mix with milk and olive oil. Apply mask to a clean and dry face and neck area. Rinse away in 20 minutes with cool water.

Green apple mask for oily skin type


1 tablespoon of blended cooked green apple puree

1 egg, beaten

Combine ingredients and apply mixture to clean, dry face and neck. Remove in 15 to 20 minutes with a cotton ball dipped in warm water. This mask is suitable for winter weather.
