How to remove wrinkles from the neck area

Skin in the neck area is extremely sensitive. You should start caring for it as early as possible. The first lines and often a double chin can form as early as at 25 years of age. We can offer some speedy solutions which may be performed at home to restore the smoothness of your skin.

The simplest trick is the cool water baths. It is well combined with exercises at the office. Tilt your head to the left and right and then slowly lean it back. Do this 8 to 10 times. This will tone the skin.

In the mornings and evenings, pat your skin with the four fingers of your right and then left hand. In this way you will enhance the blood circulation, because it is slower in the neck area and needs help to replenish your skin’s supply of nutrients.

Don’t forget hydration

Make contrasting compresses two times a week. Dip a piece of cloth in cold water and place it on your neck for four minutes. Then dip it in warm water and place it again for another four minutes. Repeat this several times but make sure to always begin and end with the cold compress.

Place a cold compress on your skin three times a week. This is how to prepare it: dissolve 3 tablespoons of salt in 50ml of cool water. Dip a washcloth in the solution and apply it to your neck area for 5 minutes.

Every night clean your neck area with cleansing lotion and tonic lotion. After that, apply a nourishing lotion. The movements should be done in a specific direction. Use your right hand to apply lotion to the left side of your neck area and vice versa. Spread the lotion with light strokes from the base of the neck toward the chin. If you have a double chin, pat it with the palm of your hand for a few seconds.
