Ladies are always horrified at the appearance of a new pimple. Below you will find some trusted homemade remedies for battling those pesky troublemakers.

Fenugreek

Make a paste from the fresh leaves of fenugreek and apply it to your face before bed. In the morning, rinse with warm water.

Orange peel

Mash orange peels with a little warm water and apply as a mask. Rinse in 15 minutes with warm water.

Lemon

Lemon juice reduces the size and redness of the pimples. Apply undiluted lemon juice to affected areas only.

Garlic

Rub each pimple with a halved clove of garlic twice a day and wash your face afterwards. Eat 3 garlic cloves a day for a month. This will cleanse your blood and work against pimples on the inside.

Peppermint and coriander

Mix coriander and turmeric powder and apply to the face before going to bed. In the morning, rinse with peppermint juice.

Cucumber

Spread shredded cucumber over the face and neck area and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. This is a great way for dealing with pimples and blackheads.

Toothpaste

A little toothpaste dabbed on top of it will help the pimple fade more quickly. Do not leave it on for too long to avoid inflammation.

Lime and peanut butter

Mix a teaspoon of creamy peanut butter with a little lime juice and use as a mask against pimples and blackheads.

Honey

Honey kills bacteria which induce pimple formation and keeps the skin clean and smooth.

Papaya juice

Use it as a lotion or simply drip a few drops directly over the pimples.
